We want your research materials to arrive quickly, discreetly, and in specification. This policy explains our timeframes, our guarantee, and how we handle any issues.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You'll receive an order reference when you check out; quote it with your payment so we can match and release your order promptly.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping and delivery typically take 5–10 business days depending on destination. Orders are packaged discreetly to protect the contents and your privacy. Where tracking is available, we provide it once your order ships.
Our guarantee
We guarantee delivery, quality, and purity. If your order does not arrive, or does not meet the documented specification, we will make it right — see below.
Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at aegis@aegis31.com with your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or reshipment in line with our guarantee.
Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, we generally cannot accept returns of opened items for quality and safety reasons. If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that does not meet its specification, contact us and we will resolve it with a replacement, reshipment, or another appropriate remedy.
Refunds
Where a remedy under our guarantee is warranted, we will provide a reshipment or, at our discretion, a refund of the amount paid for the affected item. Any refund is issued using a mutually workable method.
Storage on arrival
Store lyophilized materials cool and away from light, and refrigerate once reconstituted, in line with your laboratory's validated handling protocols. See the FAQ for general guidance.
