These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AEGIS RESEARCH website and your submission of orders for our products. By using this site or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Research & educational use only
All products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice or an offer to sell products for human use.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18) and a qualified researcher or institution, or acting on behalf of one. By ordering, you affirm that you meet these requirements and will handle all materials safely and lawfully.
3. Orders are requests, not completed sales
Adding items to your cart and submitting the form creates an order request. No card payment is taken on this site. We may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion, and we confirm details with you before any release. Prices, formats, and availability are shown for reference and may change without notice; obvious errors may be corrected.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged separately using the methods presented after checkout (which may include digital wallets and cryptocurrency). Please include the reference number provided with your order. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping, delivery & guarantee
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days and shipping/delivery 5–10 business days. We guarantee delivery, quality, and purity. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, relabel, or provide any product for human or veterinary consumption, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of research materials in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the lawful use of anything you order.
7. No warranty of fitness for human use
Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the documented research specification, and expressly disclaim any fitness for human or veterinary use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEGIS RESEARCH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products contrary to these Terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEGIS RESEARCH from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the products or your breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The site's content, branding, and design are the property of AEGIS RESEARCH and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
